Integration between on-Premises CRM 2011 to D365Fo

Greetings!!..

we need your inputs/suggestion on one of the process, in legacy system customer using on-premises CRM 2011 and AX2012 R3 ,they integrate with in-built connectors to transfer data in both directions (customer, Invoices, sales, UOM) they are planning to upgrade AX2012 R3 to D365Fo alone .

then the Target system should be On-premises CRM 2011 to D365Fo. Dual write won't support for on-premises CRM to D365Fo integrations. we need to know is there any connectors/ power platforms /logic apps will support seamless integration between this two system.
