We are using MS Dynamics 2.5.3099.0 with SP2 installed
The problem began with a virus, we have a very good computer guy who got the viru off. Then we ran into a problem where the SQL server instance for the POS system to work. This ended up being a permissions issue caused by the removal of the virus. We got that to work by changing the account that the SQL service uses to "local system" this worked and the sql server started up perfectly. We went to log into Dynamics POS and were re-directed to the password setup wizard. This is confusing because we were all already setup in the system. But we tried to continue anyway, but for each employee that I try to set a new passwiord for it errors out with the following error:
"Could not log in store owner from Store Setup Wizard"
