Andrew, as both Dereck and I mentioned before there is no real way to have a "trial" installation of the system as I am sure you will understand, this is not just an out of the box type of installation. There are many processes and configuration matters that need to be addressed.
If you have an application that you want to integrate Microsoft Dynamics GP data flows, then I am assuming you are a registered developer - if that is the case you should approach Microsoft from the Developer team and see what they can provide.
If you are able to get them to work with you, then you will still need to work with a Dynamics GP professional to assist you with the navigation of the complete system.
Integration Manager is but a small part - it is much more then 'calling an API' to get into the data.
If you want to reach out to me ( email below ) I would be willing to assist on a limited basis to get you onto the right track, but I can not provide the 'link' to the software you are asking for - but maybe ( maybe ) Microsoft will look at your organization from a different angle if we get you in front of the right people in the Developer team.
