Using financial dimension segmented entry control for a table with save data per company no

I have a table with property save data per company no , I need to add default dimension to it so I create a separate table linked with this table contains fields default dimension & legal entity and in addition to foreign key to this table , when I try to view financial dimension field using segmented entry control it does not appear , I try to follow the same ideas applied for position & earning code financial dimensions , my question is how can I link between legal entity field and financial dimension field so that financial dimension segmented entry control appears on the form ?
