Technical Error in Business Central Sandbox

(0) ShareShare

Hi All,

I've observed this issue where it gives the error
'TECHNICAL ERROR
<Tenant ID>

<Date and Time>
  Try again in sometime'

 This issue generally occurs once every 2 weeks and persists for 10-15mins.
I cannot actually reproduce the error. I'll put the screenshot if I can reproduce it.

Kindly advise.

    Check what is the time set for the tenant upgrade (You can check this in admin) . Probably this has a link with that.

    Hi Tharanga,

    Thanks for replying!

    I've checked the time set for tenant upgrade. Although, ideally this error should occur during the time of upgrade. I'm facing this issue mostly on Sandbox.

    Is there a way if I can know my previous upgrade history?

    If I face this issue again, I'll repost on this question itself!

    Thanks.

    And repeating the same cycle again.
    Kindly advise!!

    Have you tried with InPrivate browser mode? or  I ever got this problem before, when using multiple domain, may be one of the active account was not authorized to create a sandbox.

    Hi HBudiono,

    The issue you faced was because your BC tenant id was not mapped on the logged in Office365.

    Hi All,

    I've confirmed from Microsoft the issue was that they had applied wrong hot-fix on the Business Central tenants. Because of this the metadata was corrupted. Thus they rolled back the to previous version and recompiled all the objects.

    Thanks a lot everyone for helping me troubleshoot!!
