I'm attempting to upgrade from GP9.0 to GP 2010 R2. I know that I have to upgrade to at least 9.0 SP4 to do this process, and I have installed SP4 on my server, but it is NOT prompting me to do the company database upgrades. I elected to include new code in GP Utilities, logged in using the sa account, and then the usual "update forms" and "register GP" options.
How can I complete the SP4 upgrade?

Update: My server install was damaged somehow, so a quick reinstall as a "Server" fixed the issue.
