Cannot import 3D object anymore

Hi everyone,

Since some days I can't succeed in importing 3D objects in Guides.

I've tested on different environment which are on different tenants.

On other computer it's working on the same environments.

I've tried reinstalling Guides but it doesn't change anything.

The only error message I have is "failed to load" with no other information and I can't find a detailled log file for Guides.

Does someone have any clue on what is causing the problem ?
