Hi, for the out of box start & end date in entitlement, can we change the date behavior, since it is user local and converting the time zone datetime automatically ?

Start date and end date are locked to change the behavior, thus i would say this is not possible.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
