Restrict Users from Modifying Open Opportunities view

Posted on by 15

Hello All,

I am hoping someone can give me a hand, I am having issues with users changing layouts of the default open opportunity views in my company Dynamics 365 Software.  I was hoping I could change their rights to only allow them to view the open opportunity's "view" but not modify the columns...is that possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi partner,

You could control the edit view permission from security role.

In Default, only system administrator or system customer have the permission to edit views.
