Hi All,
Need to delete the collection process history from the Collection Automation process.
As we are testing multiple scenarios, the system does not take same customer again.
Please provide the solution either to delete the collection process history or system should take the same customer and populate the process simulation.

Is it because of the quite days are configured ? Just check the setup it should pick up customer again if it meets the criteria

Are you showing the information that the record cannot be deleted as shown in the screenshot? If so, you need to delete the manually assigned record in the collection process assignment. After the deletion is complete, click the delete button in the process hierarchy. And collection process history exists following the process hierarchy.
