What is the recommend way to email end users upon portal case creation? PS This question is for CRM 2016.

I have a workflow running as a background process when a case is created from a portal. But the created on field does not adopts the users local timezone. How can we populate thr time according to user's timezone in an email?

    Hi partner,

    I find that the created on date field OOB behavior is ‘User local’ and it can’t be change.

    So you need create another new custom date field with behavior is ‘User local’.

    And for another question “which way is recommend to send email”, you mentioned that you have used workflow, or you can try to use power automate to test again, which is a also a good way. I give answer with power automate in another thread.
