Hello,
I have create a new custom button called "Drop" on a opportunity form using the ribbon workbench.
On that button i need to open a popup form as on "Close as lost" button.
as shown below.
but in that form i need to capture different fields,and call the form on a ribbon.
i am finding the trouble to do that .
what should i do to achieve this?

Hi Suraj,
You cannot customize OOB html screen. Create your own HTML screen and call it on button click using URL action.
You cannot customize this form. However you can create your own HTML webresource and call it from the ribbon button.
