Hi ,
I Would like to know how to add or remove some fields at item list fact box. Please see the following picture. Does it need to develop or can be realized at user design module. Thank you very much.

This can be handled by using the design window, and from there we can add the field.
You can use personalization in your production environment and use it to add fields from the underlying table to the page.

If personalization does not show you all the fields that you require, then I would suggest to create a table and/or page extension to add the desired fields.

You can use the page inspector to detect the id and name of the underlying table/page.
