We have a situation where we cannot save changes to an Appointment. We have a custom entity concerning proposals for customer visits which leads to registering an actual appointment via a Business Process Flow:
We cannot save changes to the appointment in the following situation:
1) Create an Appointment at a certain date/time coming from the custom entity
2) Create a second Appointment at the same date/time for another Account coming from the custom entity
3) When I try to save changes after step 2, the 'User X is unavailable at this time' notification keeps popping up with every click on the save button.
4) Now when I refresh the screen without being able to save my changes, I am able to change the Appointment and save the changes after refreshing the screen. This time the popup dialog is also visible to 'ignore and save' the taken timeslot (this is also always shown when I register the first appointment in step 1)
It is not related to any security role settings since I have the same issue being logged in as the system administrator. The issue is also not environment related since I can reproduce it on every environment.
Any thoughts on a possible solution?
