External Intercompany Transaction

Hi, I have created an external intercompany setup between two different environments (USA and CAN). When I tried to make a transaction from CAN to USA, it worked perfectly. However, when I attempted the same transaction from USA to CAN, the CAN environment did not show any transactions in the intercompany inbox.

    Hi,

It is recommended that you can check the error logs or event logs in both the USA and CAN environments for any relevant error messages or warnings related to intercompany transactions.
These logs may help to find any issues or errors that are preventing the transactions from appearing in the intercompany inbox.

    Best Regards,
    Judy
