I need to add the originating currency to our Payables Edit list in Report Manager and I do not see that field in the PM Transaction Work Table. Does anyone know how to add that field to my report? Or were I can find the information?

Hi Donnette,
In the Report Writer toolbox - can you see the MC table?
It may be Linked - but it might not be added to the Report.
If the MC table is available in the dropdown of the Toolbox - you should be able to select t and then drag the Originating amounts out onto the report.
If not, ou will need to close the Report Definition window, and click on the Tables button. Here you will see a list of all of the tables added to the report. I'm guessing you should highligh the PM Transaction Table and click add - then select the MC table if it is listed.

Ian - The MC Table is linked but the originating document amount field is not available. Do you know how I can add the orignating document amount field to the toolbox?

Hi Donnette,
The Multicurrency values are held in the Multicurrency Payables Transactions table - MC020103.
You should be able to add this table to the PM edit list in report writer.
