Reduce columns of existing collection created from Dataverse

Posted on by 256
Hi,

I have existing collection created from Dataverse table which is being used by multiple screen. I wanted to create another collection from it but only with specific table columns. When I tried ShowColumns it does not show columns coming from Dataverse table.

Is it possible to do and how I can implement it?

    Hi Leah,

This is about Canvas App. There is collection created on Account table which has all columns and I wanted to pass a collection with some specific columns. I cannot edit existing collection because it is being used by multiple screens. I just want to create another 1 with less columns. Also I cannot again create collection from dataverse as existing collection has some added property in canvas app which I need in new collection.

In short, I want replica of collection with specific columns.
