When i run the code to delete a journal the below error shows.

Proper solution it to fix number seq. In journal header you have field that holds number seq, it is editable in AOT. Number seq in that field should match journal number number seq, fix it and you'll be able to delete the journal.
Problem is with journal lines . If it is dev environment you can use direct SQL to delete lines first and then Journal header .
