how to delegate a user in Dyn365

I am trying to delegate approvals from one user to another as an admin.  I tried using "my work items" but nothing shows up.

    Even you setup the delegation, the once that they are already been sent to WF are not seen. Needs to be delegated from the Workflows form,

    Hi,
     
    you can delegate either directly from the Workflow button when an item is assigned to you.
     
     
    Or you can set up a general delegation, f.e. when you are on vacation under the user setup.
