Hi guys,
Got the below error when trying to post payment with Batch name ZB052021. The message states that an approval request already exists, while we are not able to cancel approval requests.
Please note that all employee involved in raising payment journals were not able to cancel the approval request and also the person that is meant to approve did not have any pending request to approve.

Hi, I encountered this problem when I was in NAV. It may be an error in Workflow that caused this unprocessable data.
We directly modify the data in the table, such as directly modifying Pending to New, and then delete the wrong data.
