Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to load the sage pay screen to confirm the order using plugin and this plugin calling the web API. When I'm trying to load sage pay screen by clicking the button I'm getting an alert with error message and also getting blank sage pay screen.

An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): decm.Plugins.LoadSagepaytoConfirmOrder: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

Yes Ravi the error was coming from the sage pay because the sage pay had no information about the server where we hosted the Web API which was calling via the plugins.

Hi,

This Integration (Sage Pay & D365) is not out of box so without knowing how it is implemented, I don't think anybody can help you. Have you created these plugin or you are using some Add On's?

Based on the error message, the error is coming from the sage pay i.e. plugin tried to connect and the service is responding error.
