Dear All,

We are planning to implement Dynamics in our company branch, which has more than 5000 employees.

Our purchase department currently has around 20 workers, but we anticipate that the "supply chain" license will be needed for more than 200 people in warehousing, planning, machinery department, administration, finance, etc.

I have been informed that everyone with the supply chain license will have access to the same information. This means that conditions, agreements, contracts, prices, protocols, and any other information that was previously only accessible to the procurement team will now be visible and accessible to all members holding the supply chain license.

In my 25 years of working in purchasing, I have never encountered a program that doesn't have restricted profiles to protect sensitive data, especially in purchasing.

Is there any solution for my concerns?

Good day,

With the configuration of roles you can limit the access, for example the workers of the procurement department have only access to the Procurement modules and the warehouses workers only acces to the warehouse module.
