If we select the Synchronization method 'Appointments, Contacts and Tasks' to none, then only for this mailbox, Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps will not sync appointments, contacts and tasks with Exchange Online or Exchange Server.
- We were unable to sync Dynamics 365 appointments, contacts and tasks to Outlook.
That is, Dynamics 365 can not send synchronized appointments, contacts and tasks to Outlook.
- However, this does not affect Outlook appointments, contacts and tasks are synchronized to Dynamics 365,
That is, Dynamics 365 can still receive synchronized views, contacts and tasks from Outlook.
