CRM Page view refresh/caching issue

Hi,

I have noticed that pages views seem to cache in the browser and won't update unless you physically do so (F5, Refresh).

Specifically I am refrerring to behaviour in Queues where I click into a case to take me to that Case page and then navigate back to the queue through the ribbon (Service>Queues) NOT the back button and the Queue remains the same despite the fact that an update has occured in that time.

Any suggestions as to why this is or how to resolve?
