Hi,
Is it possible to add a comment or description on the prepayment invoice? The description or comment should also be shown on the invoice lay-out.
BC now takes the description of the items or the description of the GL Account.. Depending if you set compressed off or on in the sales order.

As Carmen mentioned at line level the extended text feature could be used for specific record related comments - for instance this item should have this supplementary text. Standard text is also a possibility at line level for comments which are not related to records. Dated reference but still relevant: navhelp80.fenwickcloud.com.au/main.aspx
The header also contains a field called “Work Description”. That is for comments/text relating to the entire document. This prints on most of the document layouts as standard
