We have created new project. Then we created new survey within that project and we picked one template (Send a survey when a case is resolved).
Within that flow there is an action Send a survey. After that we have created couple of more projects. The problem is that within Flow action those new projects are not visible.
New project is created under the same enivornment, but still we can't select it inside Send a survey action.
I have faced this issue previously and never found the reason or a direct solution for this. You could check if the project is shared to the person who is making the update/change in the flow. But sometimes that doesnt work.
The work around for that is to find the project id and form id of the survey you are interested in and then use the "Enter Custom Value" in the project and survey dropdowns and paste the values directly in there.
You can find the project id and survey id by sleuthing around the network calls in dev tools when you open the survey project in customervoice.microsoft.com.
