Html Web resource doesn't appear in Unified Interface Entity form

I added new HTML Web Resource that have some simple HTML Tags with CSS and JS code but it doesn't appear when open the form in Unified Interface, it appears when open the form in dynamics 365 normal view.

any one can help me.

Could you please make sure you have added to the right form. Some entities have a separate entity main form called Interactive Experience form.

If there is an Interactive Experience form, Unified Interface will render that form not the Main form.

Please see below screenshot to see the Account interactive experience form in the list
