Diff AOT between 2 inctances of Dynamicsway that I can do a full diff e

Is there a full diff between the AOT in 2 separate instances of Dynamics AX? I am dealing with 2 separate Dynamics environments at a single location, but the development that has occurred in one instance is not documented at all. I would like to compare the 2 instances to dtermine what has been added, what has been removed and what has been modified. Ideally I would be able to have a single folder / export of the full AOT that would allow me to compare the classes, tables, datat dictionaries, essentially every bit of the system that could be modified.

I honestly have no idea what layer any of the changes have been made in.
