Send email notification when new opportunity created

Hi,

i want to send email alert to specif user when new opportunity is created. for this i have created a process and activate it. But user does not receive any email.

on steps i just add send email and set email properties.

secondly when i try to edit process and open properties its says "If this email appears empty, its contents may be in an attachment. Open the attachment to view the contents."

pls guide how to test and verify send email notification on opportunity creation.

    Is your user having licence?? if yes did you Test and Enable users Mailboxes if not, please check below link for the same,

    Share your email workflow steps, and make sure you are filling details correctly and user's have primary email and approved.

    Status is Succeeded. but user does not received email. pls guide

    Also you can go to setting-->system jobs and check if your workflow getting triggerd or not

    HI Irfan,

    This might be because you have not set "To" and "From" Properly. Please check it

    You are getting this message "If this email appears empty, its contents may be in an attachment. Open the attachment to view the contents."

    because your workflow is activate, please try to deactivate this and check it.
