We are trying to send out a letter and want it to be addressed to the person, instead of “dear customer” How do you do this?

    Not sure if this helps you out, but it is an older version of CRM, and this functionality should work with your requirements.

    The letters would be sent using a mail merge.   I also meant to select CRM 2011 is the version, not CRM 2013.

    How are you trying to send the letter? Are you using Mail Merge, SSRS?
