Integrate Customer-Service functionalities (Self Service & Case) in to various endcustomer apps

Hi,

we're planning to bring Dynamics 365 - Customer Service functionalities like showing knowledge articles and case handling (create, update, ..) in various existing enducstomer apps.

Is there a better way instead of developing a mobileSDK from zero by our own? Can't believe that there isnt a solution yet.

    No, This is for end customer (i.e. not licensed). You get the add on when you buy enterprise dynamics license Otherwise you can purchase the add on.

    For my understanding, this aims to licensed users and an extra app.

    Our focus is for not-licensed users (endcustomers) and already existing apps (without crm connection yet)

    Hi,

    Dynamics 365 has its own mobile app and you can configure which entities to display in Mobile.
