I am facing an issue in crm queue, whereby email activities are being created in CRM, but the queue is not being resolved properly, so the activities are not showing under the queue.
The email address of the queue orders@XXXXXXX.com is all lowercase, emails sent to Orders@XXXXXX.com with a capital 'O' are created with an unresolved activity party, as if party resolution is case sensitive.
Anyone with an idea of faced similar issue?
