I don't believe this was a result of cookies or an unstable network but something I will look into further.

This is a really strange thing,
did this happen after the cookie cleanup or because the network was unstable?
I tried logging into one account with two devices but found no conflict.
Is your security role a system administrator?

Do you have two accounts and switch accounts outside of marketing?
This may cause a series of applications to switch accounts.
Or you are using a mobile device and did not click Stay signed in when logging in:
