Hi, in a previous question, it was noted that a future release of eConnect will include manual updates to taxes.
Does the latest eConnect support this functionality?
Currently, eConnect does not support manual tax updates and throws the following error:
“Manual updates to taxes are not supported. If you attempt to manually update taxes, an error will occur and the transaction will fail. A future release of eConnect will include this functionality.“
Reference/Previous Question:
There haven't been any changes to eConnect in the newer versions, in fact even with new items added to Dynamics GP, such as in payroll, we've published that the new items will not be added to eConnect, Integration Manager or Web Services.
The answers in the forum you reference, from Feb 2021, would be the same answers now and likely moving forward, if we're not adding anything new to the integrating applications.
