How to hide ribbon button 'Convert to Knowledge Article'?

Hi All,

I am trying to hide this 'Convert to' ribbon button in Case form.

Somehow I cannot find it in Ribbon Workbench v3.1.1771.1

I also tried in customizations.xml

  • <HideCustomAction HideActionId="xxx.Mscrm.Form.incident.ConvertTo.Hide" Location="Mscrm.Form.incident.ConvertTo" />

Not working, nothing happens.

    Hi Zhenyu,

    I noticed that you've found ConvertTo as keyword in xml, 

    so you could take it as keyword to search the corresponding button.

    And your screenshot is UCI, so please select TABLET tab in Ribbon Workbench and then you shall find the ConvertTo button, 

    due to its a drop-down menu, then just click caret, finally we find the button we want to hide.

    I found it now.

    the 'Tablet' tab was the thing I missed.
