Installed are
Dynamics GP 2010 R2 w/SQL 2008 on one server
SharePoint 2010, Web Services, and Workflow on another server.
Was able to setup a workflow however, when I try to save it, I receive the following error:

An error as occurred.
Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Sharepoint
Foundation.
Correlation ID: 9bcacbc7-d70b-42d2-a8f6-1257a769c7bc
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

We need more information to even start diagnosing. Open your web.config for the particular SharePoint site. The path would be something like the following: d:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80. Change CustomErrors to False and CallStack to True, and run through your scenario again. You should get more detail after doing this.
