We upgraded Microsoft Dynamics 9 to Version 10. After upgrade some of our terminal server users are able to print Dynamics 10 sales invoices properly with correct alignment like before but most of the users are having problem with the alignment of same invoices on same printers. We tried with many different paper sizes but same thing.
We are wondering if the problem is coming from GP Printing Settings or Terminal Server because some of the domain users can print properly using any Dynamics user id but some of the domain users have alignment problem even if they use the same Dynamics ID which is printing properly.
Can there be anything related to printing under the installation folder of GP in Terminal Server that should be copied to other users' profiles?
