As we can setup outlook addin and see customers page in outlook directly and create new documents, checking whether I can show different page instead of customers and change it as per our requirements.
for ex: Jobs instead of Customers etc.

This isn't supported. You can download the Add-in manifest file from Financials though and look at it. Navigate to the 'Office Add-In Management' page and you can export it from here.

It would be a nice feature to have as not every one will use Trade.
for Professional services firms they may want to see different pages than standard customer?
