Survey stuck as Queued

I'm setting up customer voice using dynamics and power automate.  I created a single survey and sent to one person (me).  Everything processes successfully in power automate but when I look in customer voice I see that one survey status is "Queued".  Been that way for days??

Any ideas why? Or how to get it out of the queue to process?
