We are operating on the CRM 2013 platform. Is there a way to close an opportunities as lost or won in the CRM for phone Express app.

I can not seem to get the close dialogue box to open. Do you have any thoughts?

It seemas that you need to open your desired opportunity and then click the edit button. Only after that you could update the status of your opportunity
