Hi!

We want to build segments based on for example 5 visits on URL xxx, to find persons that has a legitime interest for specifik products?

Does anyone know how to add frequency parameters to segments in Dynamics Marketing (outbound)? Maybe it's possible in Realtime? :)

Thanks in advance!

/Anna

    Hi Anna Nilsson ,

You can setup a Dynamic segment to achieve this. Please refer the Image below for the same...

Click the "Filters" icon to get the frequency options.

    Hi Anna Nilsson,

I think you can definitely use lead scoring to accomplish your wish: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/score-manage-leads#create-advanced-lead-scoring-conditions-by-using-traversals

Or you have to get a parameter. You can customize a field in account/contact/lead and use it in the scoring model to do this.

If you have problems using the scoring model in your breakdown: https://community.dynamics.com/365/marketing/f/dynamics-365-for-marketing-forum/362384/segment-based-on-lead-scoring?pifragment-109121=2#responses
