Not able to access Component library

Hello Friends, 
 
I am facing a problem with component library after we had tenant migration last year and MS team is also not giving us any solution. 
 
We did not delete component libraries before we performed tenant migration and now the problem is we can not access the because the ownership remain with the global admin of old tenant. 
 
old tenant global admin user domain was abc.com and now it is xyz.com
 
We have created some custom button on Opportunity, Lead and Contact Table. 
 
What would be a possible way to resolve this issue?
 
1. Can we delete the these non accessible component libraries post tenant migration?
2. Do we have to make some adjustment in migration steps?
