Hello,
I observe that while creating a customer journey in Athens, Greece time zone, the journey looks like starting 2 hours later in another time zone.
Below you can see an actual example of this:
The journey has created since 9/3/2023 in 10:22am
and when entering in the journey as you can see below it seems that it has started on 9/3/2023 at 12:22 pm (2 hours later) which creates issues in the waiting time (tiles) in the journey.
Is there a way to fix this ? If i could change the settings of microsoft account license? Or in another way.

Hi Christina,
The start time is determined by the Start date and time and Time zone set in the General tab of a customer journey.
The default start time is 2h later than the creating time, which needs to be changed manually.
