Hello,
We synced BC Dynamics back in October however, sales credit memo total amount before sync was incorrect and not discovered until now.
Any suggestions on how to fix the amount of the sales credit memo issued before the sync posted?
It would be very much appreciated.

If you are looking to back out the posted sales credit memo and re-enter these might be of assistance. They are a bit dated but should still apply to BC.
