In the Opportunity "Business Process Flow" I added a workflow at the Last Stage of the process "Close".
The workflow is supposed to trigger on "Stage Exit". But it doesn´t.
The workflow just update a field on the Opportunity.

I'm doing some tests here, and i find the problem is happening only with "Completed trigger".
The trigger (Process applied) above is working fine.

I'm facing the same issue. I moved the workflow into global workflows, for 2 days worked as a charm, after that stopped work.
Do you have any idea for this problem?
I faced this issue, in my case I moved the workflow into global workflows and trigged on finish of the business process flow. (With some conditions to check everything was complete as they could finish at an earlier stage.)
Also make sure your workflow is a realtime workflow.
