Hi! You can consult that to Tenfold. Tenfold offers integrations with more than 150 phone systems and and CRMs. It offers features like click to dial and call pop ups and is really easy to set up. They also support MS Dynamics integration. You can check out their integrations at www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics
Thank you very much. Yes it works.
Hi Osama,
check this article:
blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../crm-2011-outlook-synchronization-process
you may need to check out the SubscriptionClients and Subscription table
Cheers,
Andreas
Thank you, but it seems that this service helps me only if I run that code at each user machine, since as I understand that CrmOutlookService checks the machine where it is running. However, I hope there is a database field that indicates if outlook client is installed for each user.
Thank you again.
Hi Osama Zarour,
The property named "IsCrmDesktopClient" in "CrmOutlookServiceClass" helps you to indicates whether Dynamics CRM for Outlook is installed. Please refer the links below.
msdn.microsoft.com/.../microsoft.crm.outlook.sdk.crmoutlookservice.iscrmdesktopclient.aspx
msdn.microsoft.com/.../microsoft.crm.outlook.sdk.crmoutlookservice.aspx
Hi Osama,
check this:
msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg309513(v=crm.8).aspx
The assembly Microsoft.Crm.Outlook.Sdk.dll contains some properties and functions that may help you.
Cheers,
Andreas
