Great Plains will not accept the letter "P", from the keyboard but will accept all of the other letters from the keyboard all other software programs will accept the letter "P" we have changed keyboards, rebooted the computer and it still will not accept the letter "P". Thank you.

If this were true, I think you might see more posts about this and perhaps a patch from Microsoft.
Can you provide a bit more detail about the environment this occurs in? One workstation or all workstations? Won't accept "P" in one GP window or all windows? US English localization on the PC or somewhere else?
