Our requirement is that we want to remove off the member from the segment being used in a customer journey if the member has replied to the mail.
Is there a way to achieve this? I see suppression list being a choice but there is no event for email replied in the behavior block.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,
The behavior block in segment doesn’t contain “Email-replied” and maybe something else works.
You can add a field to the contact and change this field whenever you reply to the specified email address.
And then use Power Automate to delete the segment member basing on the filed on the contact.
Please let me know if you find another way to be more efficient.
