The eligible customer can opt for Fast Track program, this will save the data migration part, as backup of the database would be restored online

It is possible to migrate data from Dynamics CRM online to Dynamics CRM on-premises. You can migrate the data with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Unfortunately, there is no supported migration feature. So, you have to migrate by manually as below.
# Customizations
To migrate customization via unmanged or manged solution zip file is not supported since the major version numbers is different in Online (v9.1) and On-Premise (v9.0).
You have to scratch your customizations one by one.
# Data
If you could build your customiztion in On-Premise, you can move your data via "Export to Excel" and "Import Data".
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
