Business Centrak Webclient Opening Error : BC 17.5 Version

Dear All,

Getting the following error message while creating an additional Web client instance for BC 17.5 Version.  Can you guide how to resolve the same.

Something went wrong.
The client version does not match the server version. You can only connect to a server with a matching version. Client version: 14.0.32600.0 Server version: 17.0.22463.0

    Hello Jubel,

    I think that your back-end has been upgraded, but not the web client. If you get in touch with the ones who install your Business Central then they should be able to help. But basically the answer is in the message that you need to also have the web client files upgraded on the web server.

    Hi,

    Actually, I am installing a new version with a new Instance.

    But the server has multiple versions.

    Both the Instance and Webclient created via Powersheel.

    Please guide in this situtation.

    Looks like you have multiple versions installed and your web server instance is still pointing to the old, please check IIS and also read the below blog about creating new instances
